  1. What type of printing do you provide?
    We provide high quality short run digital printing by using Konica Minolta Bizhub c6500 machine and offset press printing using computer-to-plate technology and 4 colors printing machine.
  2. What is the printing process?
    We use four colours (CMYK) offset for all of our products. This enables unlimited colour combinations and optimum print quality.
  3. Can I request for a different finishing or printing process for my orders?
    Yes. But we strongly suggest that You keep to our printing specifications for our standard Printlah! products. This is to ensure the quality consistency of our products and to keep your cost down.

    For special print requests, please request for a special quotation.

Orders

  1. How do I place my order?
    You can send in the artwork design & details in adobe Illustrator(.ai), adobe Photoshop(.psd), or adobe Acrobat Reader(.pdf) format to our e-mail (info@printlah.com) and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

    For Klang Valley area, you can also contact us to set up a meeting with us, and we will try our best to meet your need
  2. How long does it take to process my order?
    We will usually inform you in the quotations we send out before confirmation of the orders.
  3. What do I do if I am dissatisfied with my order?
    If you are not satisfied with your orders, please call us within 1 day upon receiving your order. Please specify your order, and reason for dissatisfaction.

    We will review your request and work with you to meet your expectations.

    Please note : We will only reprint any product that fails to meet the conditions under the general expectation on printing outcome. However, we are not responsible for typing, image, or design errors introduced by customers in the artwork / document creation process.
  4. What should I do if I do not receive my order within the estimated delivery date?

Artwork Design

  1. Do you offer artwork design services?
    Yes. We offer 2 types of designing services, fully customized designs and template / ready-made designs.

    Different charges apply for all our designing services.
  2. What file format should I use to save my artwork?
    For all our products, we accept the artwork in :
    i) Adobe Illustrator (.AI)
    ii) Adobe Acrobat document (.pdf)
    iii) Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf)
  3. How do I send my artwork?
    You can send them to our e-mail (info@printlah.com) or in a CD. You can contact us to set an appointment with one of our team members.
  4. Can I change my desifn after submitting it?
    Yes. You can change your design by contacting us (via telephone call) to cancel your order after you have submitted your artwork before 3.00 pm on the same day and before printing is in process. You are encouraged to check your artwork thoroughly before submitting it for printing.
  5. Can I order my business card in other sizes?
    Yes. We provide custom size for both digital and offset business cards. The business card size should be smaller than our maximum size which is 90mm x 54mm (actual size) else it will be considered as 2 units size.
  6. Will the colour of my printed product match 100% to the original colour of my artwork?
    No. It is a known fact within the printing industry that 100% process colour accuracy is not presently possible with the current print technology. Therefore, even if a printing company were to employ highly experienced personnel including the latest press technology, the outcome of colour of the printed product will always differ from the original artwork. The level of difference however is subject from printing company to printing company.
  7. Can I use Printlah! to print anything I want?
    Yes you can, as long as what you are printing does not conflict with the Malaysian printing and publication law. Printlah! will not print jobs that contain offensive literature or images. This includes information that are politically, religiously, or racially sensitive. Printlah! will not be responsible for any infringement of artwork content.

Billing & Payment

  1. How do I pay for my order?
    Payment can be made online, cash deposit or by cheque payable to :

  2. Will I get any invoice for my order? And how will I get it?
    You will be issued an invoice for orders that are sent on the same day. It will be sent to you via email.
  3. How do I report a billing error to Printlah! ?
    Send us an e-mail or call us to report the error. Describe the issue to us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Delivery

  1. Will I have to pay for the delivery of my goods?
    For area in the Klang Valley area, delivery is FREE. For other areas, different charges will apply.
  2. When will my goods arrive?
    We will inform you upon confirmation of your orders.
  3. Does Printlah! guarantee on time delivery of my goods?
    While we are committed to the timely delivery of goods to our clients, we cannot guarantee you 100% punctuality due to factors such as weather, emergencies and the efficiency of the courier service.
